The Pedrocchi Cake

A mint, coffee and chocolate cake. The scent of mint leaves combines with the delicate taste of chocolate and the intense aroma of coffee, making for a truly sublime cake with a unique and all-encompassing flavor, made for us by the highly skilled Pasticceria Racca.

Pedrocchi Herbal Tea

A herbal tea inspired by the historical Caffè Pedrocchi. A relaxing balsamic infusion with warm notes of cocoa and a delicate mint fragrance.

Stendhal's Zabaione

Where to eat Stendhal’s Zabaione in Padua? At Caffè Pedrocchi, of course!

Paying homage to its extensive history, particularly the link between our Café and the artists who visited it, our menu has seen the addition of a particularly special dessert: “the Stendhal’s Zabaione”.

A dessert made of zabaglione and mouth-watering biscotti, which were so very much appreciated by Stendhal when he visited Caffè Pedrocchi, as quoted in his work “the Charterhouse of Parma”.
